Guide
You use your super and because 8-bits movement sucks, you get more speed as long as his star power (plugged in) is in use, and you use gadget charge for both gadgets, and reload speed because, he's a damage dealer, and it would make him kinda spammy, and yeah, no one likes a spammer, but it makes it easier and they would have to adapt to that, at basically the end of the match.

Spikes long range and area control works well with 8-bits damage dealing.
