Removed Brawl stars abilities

You may be thinking that brawl stars would never remove an ability. Well you’re wrong! Supercell has actually removed quite a few abilities in brawl stars. I will cover 6 of them.Poco’s swan song. This was the first removed star power because it was just weird. Using this would heal your teammates when you died. But what made it so bad was that not only did you have to literally die, it’s most likely that your teammates would not be near you, which is why it was removed very quickly.Next is surge’s power surge. Now yes, it still exists today, but it worked way differently. When it was first released, it would make surge teleport a few tiles. Which made him very broken. He could assassinate brawlers in seconds with his high damage, and was just not fun to go against especially in showdown. Let’s all be happy that it doesn’t exist during the gadget rework phew.8bit’s extra life. One of the most iconic removed abilities is the extra life SP for 8bit. But for a good reason? Absolutely not. This SP would make him respawn with all ammo and full HP instead of dying. (Kinda like Doug’s super). While it wasn’t much in 3v3 modes because you already respawn, it was broken in showdown because his 3 ammo could get him a guaranteed 1st place in showdown. Hmm, wonder why Doug is so bad.Tick’s backup mine. Instead of power surge being busted, backup mine was trash. When activated, tick would dash and drop one mine. Since one mine doesn’t do much, it couldn’t help tick counter assassins like mortis and Edgar. This was removed very quickly. Chester’s bell o mania. Chester wasn’t that good before his recent rework. So supercell reworked him so bell o mania would be in his main kit. It was replaced with single bell o mania. Penny’s balls of fire. Before penny’s remodel and rework, penny was total garbage. The balls of fire which is In her main kit was originally a star power. Since she was unplayable, supercell added balls of fire and removed last blast, in replace with heavy coffers, and master blaster.Bye.
