Deal 15% extra Damage when your Brawler is below 50% Health.

Once you get super you can use it and your gadget. While you tank your damage gear will help you deal more damage. The combination with the gadget, gears and star power will help you get much more takedowns with bull and more likely get star player, once you learn how to use it.
