In my opinion, this is one of the best builds for Lou, especially in hot zone
Cryo Syrup
Instantly adds 50% freeze meter to opponents inside Lou's Super.
Hypothermia
Opponents lose up to 50% of their damage based on how frozen they are from Lou's attacks.
Shield
Gain extra 900 Health as a consumable Shield. The shield regenerates in 10 seconds, when at full health.
Super Charge
Super charges 10% faster.
Guide
I felt like lose second gadget works better because freezing someone is better than standing still on being immune for two seconds a tip for playing Lou is you should conserve your shots just in case if someone tries to attack you. Only use one attack and then wait for that to reload keep that going and you’ll be successful with Lou

Frank
You can freeze everyone and then use Frank’s gadget
