Deal 15% extra Damage when your Brawler is below 50% Health.

Guide

This build can be altered for other modes, by, for example changing the gadget to finish off enemies quicker, or change the star power if you are really skilled and can chain kills. However, I think this is the overall best build. You can replace damage gear for shield gear depending on your preferences.
