Deal 15% extra Damage when your Brawler is below 50% Health.

Gain extra 900 Health as a consumable Shield. The shield regenerates in 10 seconds, when at full health.
Guide
With poco once you get your super it is almost guaranteed to get a kill. With his gadget it helps him have more survivability to get more kills. Including the fact that pocos super is wide, far ranged, and can go through walls letting you get easy kills.
