It only works at maximum power in Heist. It's also good in other game modes, but not as much.
Rerouting
Chuck removes the nearest Post and recharges his Super.
Pit Stop
Increase the maximum amount of Posts by 1.
Damage
Deal 15% extra Damage when your Brawler is below 50% Health.
Shield
Gain extra 900 Health as a consumable Shield. The shield regenerates in 10 seconds, when at full health.
Guide
Build a path between your safe and the enemy's safe, then go back and forth with your supers (basic Chuck strategy in Heist). If you mess up a takedown, you still have your gadget to take it down. However, you won't be able to defend your own safe, so you'll have to rely on your teammates for this task.

She is excellent at protecting the safe while you attack your opponent, and can even join in if they don't attack yours.
