Otis is an anti-tank/controller whit a long range, high damage attack and a super that prevents opponents from attacking.GADGET: PHAT SPLATTER- Otis's best gadget because it provides for more area control and can help finishing off kills behind walls. It deals good damage and has an extended duration. It is his best gadget, no doubt. Can be used in almost any situation, so you should be finding yourself using it multiple times in a single match due to its fast cooldown. His other gadget, Dormant Star, is useless in most cases, and it limits the potential use of Otis's super. Otis usually uses his super reacting to an enemy push, to delete a tank, make the enemy waste their hypercharge, etc. If the super was to be lying on the ground, it might just stick to a random target on a random situation were they might heal or not be a threat, in which case the super has zero effect.STAR POWER: INK REFILLS- In this star power, Otis optimizes his main attack's damage with more ink drops being shot. This helps him establish himself as an anti-tank, with high dps and the ability to shred you down faster than anyone else. It also helps Otis chip damage away at distance better, with a higher probability of hitting shots, and it makes wall-peaking more effective.GEARS: The vision gear on Otis can be swapped for shield or health, since it is only good in maps that have bushes. The damage gear is also optional on that same rotation, but I think it is overall the best one on any brawler. The super charge gear has very little effect, although it is not a bad option at all.
