Glowy works well with tanks and high mobility assasins 1. Playstyle: Stay directly behind your aggressive tanks or assassins. Use your long-range Glow Beam to keep them healthy while charging your Super rapidly via your healing trait.
2. The Combo: Pop the "More Lumens!" gadget when your assassin dives or when an enemy tank pushes you.
3. Super Management: Save "Creep from the Deep" for defensive peel against assassins or to force enemies out of position in Hot Zone and Gem Grab.
4. Abuse his Biotic Ecosystem Star Power to make sure that your teamates win every duel.

Works Well With
Hank
Hank relies on Glowy to safely top off his health pool while he charges his massive water balloons behind walls. Since Hank must get close to enemies to deal damage, the extra healing provides the durability he needs to approach safely. This partnership allows Hank to hold down key choke points without constantly needing to retreat and naturally regenerate health.
Draco
Draco becomes virtually unkillable when his built-in dragon-form damage reduction stacks with Glowy’s constant health restoration. The consistent healing allows Draco to stay aggressive and maintain front-line pressure for much longer periods. Glowy can safely pocket Draco from a distance while Draco uses his enhanced mobility to chase down fleeing targets.
Frank
Frank utilizes Glowy's continuous tether healing to safely absorb heavy damage while executing his long attack and Super animations. Because Frank constantly soaks up enemy fire, he acts as a massive battery that rapidly charges Glowy's Super via his healing trait.
Mortis
Mortis receives long-range healing beams from a safe distance while diving aggressively into the enemy backline. Glowy's tether helps mitigate the damage Mortis takes when he dashes into multiple brawlers at once. By linking to Mortis's target, Glowy can weaken the enemy's damage output to ensure Mortis wins his duels.
