About Devil Cookie in Cookie Run: OvenSmash?

Devil Cookie breathes fire, damaging areas of effect and flushing opponents out from hiding. It can also glide long distances after jumping. Its ultimate attack is a transformation into a large Devilish Rune that damages opponents on contact.

This cookie is said to be made of fizzy cola and bat extract. It keeps its design from Cookie Run: Kingdom, though the fire attacks are a new addition.
