Birla Evara is a well-known and very expensive apartment village project by Birla Estates. It is in Kodathi, East Bangalore, not far from Sarjapur Road. It takes up 25 acres of land for the project. It has 13 towers with a total of 1,594 high-end 1, 2, 3, 3.5, and 4 BHK apartments. The floors of apartments range from 449 to 1630 square feet. The prices start at 77 Lakhs. The Birla Evara Bangalore Phase 2 EOI (Expression of Interest) process began in August 2025. A new EOI process has been added by Birla Estates. It can be done online.
