Lou throws ice creams that hit the enemy as they go, he can freeze them for 1.5 seconds.

Can-Do
Lou throws a Frozen Syrup that occupies a certain area and slows down enemies and then freezes them for 1.5 seconds. The Super can maintain control of areas very easily.

Slushie Storm
Lou immediately chills enemies as soon as the Super is cast.

Cryo Syrup

In fact against Tanks it is very easy because if the Super hits all enemies, using the Gadget chills them all and until you kill them, Lou recharges the Super.

Super Charge
Lou's Super recharges 10% faster.

Gadget Charge

Hot Zone
Lou's Super can fit in two zones easily because the Super, by sliding the enemies, can freeze them so that the enemies can never move. You can do this every time because if the whole team is on the Frozen Syrup, you can always charge the Super and do this technique every time.
Brawl Ball
Always with the Frozen Syrup, the enemies have a lot of difficulty in catching the ball because they slide very fast so they can never catch the ball. If in case you are going to make a Goal, try to throw the Super to the enemies in a way that freezes them and go to make a Goal.
Gem Grab
With the Frozen Syrup, you can freeze the enemy that has a lot of gems so that it will freeze and kill him. In case the other opponents want to take back the gems, try to attack them and freeze them so that you can escape without any problem.
Works Well With
Otis
With Hypercharge Otis can freeze the enemy for 1.5 seconds. If Otis uses Hypercharge and wants to freeze the enemy, freeze him too so that he remains frozen for 3 seconds without moving or attacking
Piper
When Lou chills the enemy, Piper can attack from afar easily so the enemy can kill her immediately.
