EASY and EFFECTIVE: A Top Rico Guide

Note: This is my first guide in a while, I have took quite a long break from Noff, but I thank everyone for the support of my guides, I might rarely drop a guide nowadays but I will try to be more active with posting. (Tldr at the bottom of the guide)Description: Rico is a super rare damage dealer with 5600 health. It shoots 5 bullets in a straight line, with each bullet dealing 640 damage. His reload speed is 1.2 seconds (very fast) or 1.02 seconds with reload gear. His bullets can bounce, as referred in his name (ricochet)
His super consists of rico shooting a bunch of bouncy balls in a straight line. The super’s attack is bigger and has more way bullets than the normal attack and it can also bounce.
How to play Rico well: Ricos main advantage is his ability to hit enemies by bouncing his attack off walls and dealing damage to enemies in situations where they can’t damage you. He is most useful in maps with lots of walls, especially with the super bouncy star power as he can use them to reflect bullets and deal more damage or catch the enemy off guard. To play rico well, you need to adapt to the offensive playstyle, always finding the chance to poke the enemies health down and find opportunities to find the upper hand. You want to ambush the enemy so that their health quickly deplete.
Super control: Rico’s super is a very deadly super, as it as capabilities of teamwiping and even chaining which can turn the tables of the entire match. Pros tend to use rico’s super when the enemy is crowded together or have the upper hand during the match, and rico’s super can surprise the enemies and finish them off in key moments. Make sure to bounce the super off walls to catch the enemy off guard and use your super when the enemies are more bundled up and not split up. You can also use it with his gadget to make the attack impossible to dodge and just in case the enemy survives. Hypercharge: Rico’s hypercharge is by far one of the best hypercharges in the game, as it allows his super to deal even more damage and bounce all over the place, and it is almost guaranteed to damage and defeat enemies if used well. The hypercharge can completely switch up the game and is one of the most worth hypers.
Gadgets: rico’s multi-ball blaster is better in most situations, as it allows rico to release a lot of bouncy balls. This can be used to absolutely deplete the enemies health and is mostly used when being ambushed by an enemy such as an assassin like edgar. It can also be used to intimidate enemies and finish off low brawlers.Star power: both of rico’s star powers are really useful and can be a key factor to rico’s gameplay. The bounce star power is much better on maps with lots of walls, as rico can then use these walls to deal much more damage and have an advantage against the enemy with the high bursts of damage, but if the map doesn’t have much walls, the other star power is much better because it allows rico to dodge brawlers more easily and retreat. i would choose his bounce star power because it grants more power overall, and can be useful in more situations.
