Opponents lose up to 50% of their damage based on how frozen they are from Lou's attacks.

Guide
Lou is one of the best characters in brawl stars at the moment, as long as you hit your shots and stay at a good distance from opponents you will generate many supers and they will do less damage to you. The gadget is a must as it almost guarantees a freeze which in most cases leads to kills. The super itself is annoying to deal with and most of the time allows for map control. The gadget matched with the star power hypothermia makes the other star power supercool unnecessary. Hypothermia makes other brawlers do less damage up to 50% which is really good against high damage dealers. Don't spam gadget, only use it when it is useful or necessary, if a brawler is in your super try to just shoot them first to get them frozen. Gears are good, gadget is good so +1 gadget is helpful, super charge allows for more supers to be used per game which is amazing. If desired the +1 gadget can be swapped to other things. Lou if played correctly and if you hit your shots is amazingly over powered and with hypercharge he is just amazing and a must have P11.
Game Modes
Basket Brawl
Get supers and freezes to get easy shots, close range means your hitting more shots and getting more supers, counters for the most part close range brawlers and allows for massive map control.
Brawl Ball
Map control and in most maps can be played at medium range while farming supers, freezing can lead to easy shots and goals as well as preventing pushes.
Hot Zone
Supers cover the hot zone which helps regaining control, not Lou's best game mode as it depends on maps and team compositions but still has potential do dominate.
Knockout
Lou's range is not bad meaning he can be played in medium ranged knockout maps. A freeze almost guarantees kills meaning one can get picks, which are amazingly helpful in knockout.
Works Well With
Frank
Freeze opponents or disrupt their movement to create an opportunity for this high damage dealing tank to get hits off and kills. With map control frank can dominate alongside lou.
