Upon recalling his Knuckle Busters, Sam instantly recovers 20% of his missing health.
Damage
Deal 15% extra Damage when your Brawler is below 50% Health.
Gadget Charge
Increases number of Gadget uses per battle by 1.
Guide
Sam is one of the brawlers that has an obvious good build. One of his star powers and gadgets is good and the other sucks, so that pick is obvious. The tricky part is gears, I would always run damage, and second can be anything but gadget one is good because his pull gadget is very good.
