This is supposed to be used to dive at the enemy with a proper aggressive kit (you can or go with shield gear or extra gadget)
Stomper
Bull can interrupt his Super charge and slow all nearby opponents with a massive stomp for 1.5 seconds.
Tough Guy
When Bull falls below 40% health, he gains a shield that reduces all damage he takes by 30%.
Shield
Gain extra 900 Health as a consumable Shield. The shield regenerates in 10 seconds, when at full health.
Damage
Deal 15% extra Damage when your Brawler is below 50% Health.

Game Modes
Brawl Ball
Tanks are usually pretty good when it comes to running it down with the ball in hand, also Bull has great DPS to shred any foe that tries to score the ball. Bull's TOUGH GUY star power also works really well when you have the ball in hand, being able to get a shield reduction is very valuable
Works Well With
Kit
Kit can heal bull, making an unstoppable force (similar to KIT with Darryl)
Berry
Berry is about the same thing as kit, great healing = unstoppable force
