With The Well-Oiled star power and the Health gear, tick both heals faster and more effectively so in a split second tick regains full health. The shield gear gives tick more health because he will be full hp so often. This is a great build for game modes where tick needs to stay alive and attack from a distance such as Hot Zone or Heist.
Mine Mania
Tick's next attack fires 6 mines.
Well Oiled
When Tick takes no damage and doesn't attack, he starts recovering health 2 seconds faster than normal.
Health
Recover Health 50% more effectively.
Shield
Gain extra 900 Health as a consumable Shield. The shield regenerates in 10 seconds, when at full health.
Guide
Stay alive and when you get low just run away for a second and you will pretty much instantly be healed.
Game Modes
Hot Zone
Stay outside of the zone and attack from a distance.
Heist
Push and then retreat as you get low just enough to regain your health.
Works Well With
Frank
Frank is good and really any tank because tick can attack from behind safely.
