Changes with the gadget rework
Candy Beans
Chester eats a mystery flavored candy bean from his cap, gaining a random buff for 5 seconds.
Single Bell'O'Mania
The first bell of Chester's attack sequence does 200% damage.
Damage
Deal 15% extra Damage when your Brawler is below 50% Health.
Gadget Charge
Increases number of Gadget uses per battle by 1.
Guide
With the latest update, all gadgets got a limit update. Now the gadgets doesn't have charges, instead they have cooldowns. Chester's Candy Beans gadget allows him to get random buffs. The gadget has a 15 seconds cooldown and its active for 5 seconds. So you are away from your gadget buff for 10 seconds.
But with the gadget update the gadget gear got changes and it now lowers your gagdet cooldown for 15%. So your gadgets cooldown gets reduced for 2.25 seconds, lasts for 12.75 seconds and you are away from your gadget for 7.25 seconds. I think this is a huge advantage for Chester because he has some good buffs like Damage% and Reload Speed%.
Other gadget is not that good to me because you dont really need to change your ultimate, all of them are okay, some are better than others but they are all good to me!
