Since Ash is a very tanky brawler, has medium rage, has normal speed, and is the only brawler with the rage trait, this is the build that is best for the angry trash can, and heres why.CHILL PILL GADGET:While Ash does have high health for him to survive longer, there is also a downside where other brawlers can use tanks like Ash as a charger for their super so that they can counter them hard; in Ash's case however, he has a unique trait of rage that he can gain from either attacking an enemy brawler within his range, or he can gain a small amount of rage whenever he gets hit, but sometimes Ash's health may be too low to play aggressive, which is the moment when the Chill Pill Gadget comes in to play. With this gadget, Ash can heal himself with the cost of losing his rage completely; the best time to use this gadget is when you have your super, Ash's rats can gain you some rage if they get close to the closest enemy and explode, you can use the Chill Pill Gadget while using your super to gain not only health, but also some extra rage, it's a win win! It is also best to use you super to surround the enemy instead of in front of them so that it is easier for at least one of the rats to damage the enemy and charge Ash's rage.FIRST BASH STARPOWER:While Ash's rage can really help him defeat brawlers, it actually take a while for him to charge it to the max, which is why First Bash is your best choice for Ash's Star Power! If you can hit multiple brawlers while First Bash is active in his ammo bar by having full ammo, Ash can instantly have lots of rage (UP TO LEVEL 3!) for him to take down brawlers faster, even if he hits only one enemy brawler, Ash can still instantly gain his Level 2 rage for him to deal more damage towards brawlers and eventually reach to Level 3 and be a killing machine! Just be careful with encountering brawlers before they defeat you.SPEED GEAR AND DAMAGE GEAR:These two Gears are your best choices for Ash due to the fact that One, the Speed Gear can make the bushes in bushy maps beneficial for Ash to be extra speedy, he can use these bushes to ambush enemies a lot faster in 3v3 matches, especially with level 3 rage making him extremely fast within bushy maps; and Two, Ash with the Damage Gear can be quite deadly if Ash is able to finish the brawler off while having low health, level 3 rage with the damage gear can help Ash take down brawlers a lot faster before they can have a chance to defeat him.
