To successfully play this Lou Build, you have to be offensive and get enemies freeze meter up.Starr power: hypothermia
This star power says that the more freeze meter the enemy has the less damage they do up to 50%. To use this star power correctly, you must play offensively so you can get their freeze meter up.Gadget: Cyro syrup
This gadget instantly adds 50% freeze meter to enemies in Lou’s super area. Gadget pairs very well with the supercharge gear because the supercharge gear allows you to get more supers.Gears: supercharge and health
The supercharge gear is definitely one of the best gears for Lou because allowing Lou to get more supers can really help him and his team get more kills. Also the supercharge gear pairs very well with Lou’s gadget cyro syrup. The health gear is a good second choice because Lou has moderate health and after playing offensively (like you should with this build) you will probably take a lot of damage so being able to heal more efficiently will definitely help you.
Game Modes
Hot Zone
Lou is just good for hot zone in general because his super is very good for crowd control. With this set, Lou becomes much better for hot zone because his gadget can instantly add 50% freeze meter to anyone in his super. Also, the hypothermia Starr power really helps him because enemies that are capturing the hot zone do less damage the more freeze meter they have which allows Lou and his teammates to rush in and get kills
Works Well With
Mandy
All marks men are good with this build. I just chose Mandy to go with this. The reason Mark men are good with this Lou bill is because they can help do damage and they have very easy targets when the enemies freeze meter is full
Larry & Lawrie
All artilleries are good with this build. I just chose Larry&Lawrie to go with this. The reason artilleries are good with this Lou bill is because they can help do damage and they have very easy targets when the enemies freeze meter is full
