Rerouting
Chuck removes the nearest Post and recharges his Super.
Pit Stop
Increase the maximum amount of Posts by 1.
Damage
Deal 15% extra Damage when your Brawler is below 50% Health.
Shield
Gain extra 900 Health as a consumable Shield. The shield regenerates in 10 seconds, when at full health.
Guide
Chuck is good in heist for the reason you think. He can easily get to the heist quickly and efficiently. Once you are at the heist, you can make chuck reroute the track to maximize the damage on the heist.

Damian
Damian is good because he can occupy the opponents while chuck sets up. But really any tank with good damage output would be good with this build.
