Lollipop DropInvisihealDamageLingering Smoke

The Star Power “Invisiheal” is the best one in every mode. Leon can be played more agressive and he can get back in the fight quickly. In term of Gadgets, “Lollipop Drop” is also very powerful because it’s basically a small area where all allies are invisible. It’s really strong on some maps where enemies can’t destroy it, because the full team can attack without being seen by the enemies. Leon is an Assassin that relies on surprise attacks, so the Damage gear is really strong for him, to kill enemies quicker without letting them fight back. Leon has an incredible Super, so the Lingering Smoke gear is a good option to use it longer and attack enemies that are really far.

Guide

A Leon Masterclass Guide for Brawl Stars involves understanding Leon's strengths, weaknesses, and mastering his playstyle across different modes and matchups. Leon is a Stealth Assassin with burst damage potential, a powerful Super, and versatile Star Powers. This guide will break down his:1. Core Abilities and Mechanics2. Star Powers & Gadgets3. Best Playstyles4. Tips for Specific Game Modes5. Strategies for 1v1 matchups## 1. Core Abilities and Mechanics- Main Attack - Spinner Blades: Leon throws four blades in a fan-shaped pattern. The blades deal more damage the closer they hit an enemy, which makes Leon lethal up close but weak from a distance.
- Optimal range: Focus on getting close to enemies to maximize damage.
- Projectile Spread: Learn to aim slightly to the side or anticipate enemy movement to land most of the blades.

- Super - Smoke Bomb: Leon turns invisible for 6-7 seconds, allowing him to sneak up on enemies or escape from dangerous situations.
- Engage: Use the invisibility to get behind the enemy and assassinate squishy targets like throwers or low-health brawlers.
- Escape: If you're low on health, this can be used to reposition or avoid damage.
- Map Awareness: Stay out of bushes when invisible since enemies can still detect movement by seeing grass disturbance.## 2. Star Powers & Gadgets- Star Powers:
1. Smoke Trails: After activating his Super, Leon gains a 30% speed boost while invisible.
- Playstyle: Excellent for aggressive plays where you need to quickly reach enemies or reposition yourself.
2. Invisiheal: Leon heals 1000 HP per second while invisible.
- Playstyle: Useful in modes where survivability is key, allowing you to stay on the map longer and heal up after skirmishes.- Gadgets:
1. Clone Projector: Leon creates a clone that moves forward, distracting enemies.
- Use it as bait: The clone can soak up hits or trick enemies into wasting ammo, while you can position yourself for an attack or retreat.
2. Lollipop Drop: Leon places an invisibility gadget, creating a radius where all teammates in the area are invisible.
- Position it strategically: Use it to control key areas or make ambush zones where your whole team can set up kills.## 3. Best Playstyles- Assassin Role: Leon excels in picking off isolated targets. Focus on scouting, flanking, and bursting down high-priority enemies like snipers, throwers, or glass-cannon brawlers.
- Ambusher: Use bushes and cover to hide, then engage enemies with your Super. You’ll be most effective when you catch opponents off-guard.
- Hit-and-Run: Don’t overcommit in fights. Get a few shots in, retreat, then re-engage when your Super is ready. Leon’s strength is in mobility and deception, not prolonged fights.## 4. Tips for Specific Game Modes- Solo Showdown:
- Focus on early power-ups. Leon becomes deadly with 4+ power cubes.
- Play the bush game. Use cover to stay hidden and ambush enemies.
- Avoid early fights unless you can quickly eliminate a weaker enemy. You are more powerful in the mid-to-late game when you have your Super ready.

- Gem Grab:
- Flanking role: Don’t carry gems unless you have to. Focus on pressuring the enemy gem carrier by going invisible and sneaking up on them.
- Use your Super to disrupt the enemy team when they’re controlling the center or running away with gems.- Bounty:
- Assassin mode: Use your invisibility to flank snipers and throwers.
- Be patient—pick off enemies when you have a clear shot or can get in close without exposing yourself.- Brawl Ball:
- Assassin role: Focus on eliminating key threats like the enemy goal defender or key damage dealers.
- Control with Lollipop Drop: Your team can ambush the enemy near the ball using the gadget.- Heist:
- Leon can be very effective here if you can sneak up on the enemy safe.
- Invisiheal Star Power shines, as you can attack the safe while healing from damage over time.
- Use your Super to approach the safe undetected, or to escape after a hit-and-run attack.- Hot Zone:
- Lollipop Drop can help your team stay invisible in key zones, keeping enemies guessing.
- Use your invisibility to get behind enemies and disrupt their control over zones.## 5. Strategies for 1v1 Matchups- Favorable Matchups:
- Piper/Colt/Brock (Long-ranged Brawlers): They struggle at close range, and your burst damage can quickly take them down.
- Throwers (Dynamike, Barley): Once you get close, they have little defense against your damage. Use your Super to approach safely.

- Unfavorable Matchups:
- Tanks (Bull, El Primo): They can out-damage you up close. Avoid direct confrontations unless they are low on health or isolated.
- Close-range assassins (Edgar, Mortis): Their mobility and burst can outplay you, especially if you don’t land your full burst combo.- Neutral Matchups:
- Medium-ranged Brawlers (Shelly, Nita, Jessie): These fights are winnable if you land more blades and avoid their crowd control or burst. Focus on dodging key shots.## Conclusion
Mastering Leon takes practice with positioning, timing your Super, and understanding the nuances of your gadgets and star powers. Focus on stealth and surprise to outplay your opponents, and always stay aware of the map to ambush enemies effectively. With these strategies, Leon can dominate in multiple game modes and carry teams to victory!
