Otis Build!GadgetThis gadget is really interchangeable. I use dormant star more often because it provides me a way to trick enemies and trap them in certain parts of a map.Phat Splatter is good for team game-modes like Hot Zone or Gem Grab, because it leaves a puddle that does 575 damage (Or 1150 when maxed out.) over 3.8 seconds of being on the ground.Star PowerInk Refills makes Otis shoot 4 ink droplets instead of the normal 3. Which may not seem like a huge difference, but it's an extra 920 (when maxed out).GearsI personally use the Extra Damage gear and Super Charger because I find myself in low health situations all of the time, but you can change them up to suit your needs, like Vision and Speed for bushy maps.
Game Modes
Duo Showdown
Otis is a team player and can provide tons of support for his teammates, no matter if they're Tank, Artillery, Assassin, etc!
Gem Grab
Otis is amazing with controlling the map. With his Phat Splatter gadget, it provides a way to temporarily keep enemies away from the center while you and your teammates finish them off, and with his Dormant Star gadget, he can set traps in points of interest by using his super.
Hot Zone
Same as with Gem Grab, Otis is amazing with controlling points of the map.
Duels
Otis may be little, but he can 100% hold his way in duels! If you manage to charge up his super, no Tank can stand in your way!
Works Well With
Surge
As Surge is an S tier brawler in the current meta, and in general, he is a powerhouse in which Otis can provide support for!
Berry
Berry is a thrower that heals, and can provide support for Otis whenever he gets into a tough spot.
Doug
Doug can't normally attack brawlers from far away, but with Otis' help they make a dream team! With Doug's high splash attack for close ups (and for healing Otis,) and Otis to attack brawlers from far away!
