Life Plant
Spike grows a large cactus with 2800 health to give cover to friendlies. If destroyed, the cactus bursts, and all nearby friendlies recover 1680 health.
Curveball
Spikes from the cactus grenade fly in a curving motion, making it easier to hit targets.
Shield
Gain extra 900 Health as a consumable Shield. The shield regenerates in 10 seconds, when at full health.
Sticky Spikes
Spike's Super slows 30% more effectively.
Guide
SOLO SHOWDOWN THESIS- Spike is a generally good brawler right now in the Meta if you use Him right. This build is mainly for showdown, duo, and Hotzone, but solo showdown for spike is generally not that good this build makes it pretty well, you don't even have to bush camp for this in solo showdown, the only problem is when you get forced to the poison clouds and getting teamed on. HOT ZONE THESIS- For Hotzone, Spike is a very good brawler with this build because you can use your super to deal a lot of damage and have an extra 30% slowdown. Not much said, but this Is why people often use Spike for Hot Zone.
DUO SHOWDOWN THESIS- This is also a very good brawler for Duo Showdown because of his gadget and the star power that he has for dealing extra damage with your teammate. Spike is perfect for Duo showdown so not much said. GEM GRAB THESIS- Spike will destroy any brawler In Gem Grab with this build. His damage is great if you want to win and push trophies and quests. CONCLUSION. Spike is overall a very good brawler for damage output and helping your teammates win games, and push trophies.
Game Modes
Hot Zone
This Build is good for Hot Zone because of the coverage it has In the circle. You can deal a lot of damage in the Hot Zone with the Curve Star Power, and a lot with the High burst of Damage spike has.
Duo Showdown
In Duo Showdown you can use your cactus gadget To heal and guard your teammates, for protection, this is also good for Duo Showdown because you and your teammates can be using different types of attacks with Spike. This shows that Spike is very versatile.
Showdown
This build is probably the only build that can work with Solo Showdown. You can use this for solo showdown because of the very, very, very, High damage output Spike uses. This Is only for certain Maps though.
Gem Grab
Spike will destroy anything in this mode. When you are using this build for Spike, you will encounter many times of you eliminating the opposing brawler with the most gems when the countdown is on.
Works Well With
Darryl
Here's why Spike is good with Darryl. When Darryl uses his roll, he can use it in front of Spike, once he stuns the opponent, Spike can get a burst of damage and eliminate the opponent.
Otis
Otis is good with Spike because Otis can use his super to stun an enemy for 4 seconds, meanwhile, in that time spike can eliminate the enemy.
