Brock has recently gotten an hp buff (by the time of writing this) and now I can finally make a guide for him because he isn't C tier anymore. Enjoy.

Rocket Laces
Brock blasts the ground below him and propels himself into the air. The explosion deals 928 damage to nearby enemies.

Rocket No. 4
Brock loads a fourth rocket into his launcher, increasing his ammo capacity (and discarding the thermos bottle he's been keeping in his launcher's fourth tube).

Reload Speed
15% faster Reload.

Shield
Gain extra 900 Health as a consumable Shield. The shield regenerates in 10 seconds, when at full health.
Guide
Brock, the charismatic, video game-loving, rocket-launcher carrying (how does that not get heavy?) marksman, who we've all at least played against once. He's also OP. His recent buff has made him more tankier, although me personally think he should've gotten a projectile speed buff and a hypercharge rework. Anyways, here's the guide. I wont explain too much since he's not that complicated.Usually with Brock, his main attack, Rocking Rocket which shoots a single rocket, travels very slow although it has a wider hitbox at max range. You want to keep your range as much as possible as it will be easier to hit your shots. Try to hit two at a time to make it harder to dodge. His super rains down rockets that break obstacles, and is called Rocket Rain. Use it to finish off kills or on grouped enemies to get the most value. His first gadget, Rocket Laces, makes Brock jump and knock back enemies around him. Use this on a more closed map where tanks, assassins, and other close range aggro brawlers are played. If you want to open the map, use Rocket Fuel, which is a bigger, faster Brock rocket that breaks obstacles. You can also use this to finish off kills or use it for combos. His star power, More Rockets, makes Brock super shoot 44% more rockets, which is 9 rockets to 13. Use this in Heist for more safe damage. The second one, called Rocket number 4, gives you an extra slot of ammo. Self explanitory. Use this anywhere else, although they are interchangable. His hypercharge is honestly really bad, but you can still make some value out of it by using your super first and then quickly press hypercharge for more damage.Again, Brock is super simple so there isn't much to explain, so here are his best modes and matchups.Brock does well against mid range brawlers as he out DPS' lots of mid range brawlers at max range, although he does do a lot of damage up close. Use your gadget to keep your range. Avoid using your super when you are able to recieve damage (make sure you are protected so you don't have to interrupt your super). All in all, just hit your shots and you should be fine. Not that hard.
Game Modes

Heist
Counters most heist brawlers here as his range is long and DPS is high. Play him into a Colt or Crow as they are squishy brawlers.

Knockout
Mostly long range maps, open up the walls to keep your range.

Bounty
Same with Knockout.
