The tier list shows all the best cards to play in Sonic Blitz. Taking into account cost, attack, and health, the best cards to play have the highest return on value that can advance strategic moves or disrupt your opponent.

The current top five best cards in Sonic Blitz are Metal Sonic, Vanilla the Rabbit, Knuckles the Echidna, Heavy Shinobi, and Charmy Bee.

• S-tier: Metal Sonic, Vanilla the Rabbit, Knuckles the Echidna, Heavy Shinobi, and Charmy Bee.
• A-tier: Silver the Hedgehog, Super Sonic, Tikal, Dr. Eggman, Blaze The Cat, Sonic the Hedgehog, Tails, Ray the Flying Squirrel, and Caterkiller.
• B-tier: Doom's Eye, Cream the Rabbit, Dr. Fukurokov, King Boom Boo, Bean the Dynamite, Storm the Albatross, Amy Rose, Wave the Swallow, Marine the Racoon, Big the Cat, and Chaos.
• C-tier: Trip the Sungazer, Tangle the Lemur, Chip, Flicky, Sir Galahad, Ricky, Pachacamac, The Conductor, Moto Bug, and Mighty the Armadillo.
• D-tier: Bark the Polar Bear, Chao, Froggy, and Grounder.
