Clancy has always been broken after so many Nerfs and is the only Brawler who does a lot of damage with his Super.
Snappy Shooting
Clancy gains double tokens for 5 seconds.
Pumping Up
Clancy reloads all of his ammo on every enemy takedown.
Damage
Deal 15% extra Damage when your Brawler is below 50% Health.
Shield
Gain extra 900 Health as a consumable Shield. The shield regenerates in 10 seconds, when at full health.
Guide
Clancy is a Damage Dealer and is Mythic. The damage that the Super does is intense so it is mainly used to kill Tanks.
To recharge the Super quickly, you must find yourself in front of 2-3 enemies and use the Super so it recharges so that you do kill all the enemies (especially it must be used in 5v5 maps).
If you are lucky enough to find 3 Tanks in a match, you will recharge your Super for a long time and will also have a Super at the end of all your kills.

Now to easily switch from one STAGE to another you have to dodge and attack the enemies well because Clancy's movement speed is very slow in STAGE 1 so it is really difficult to dodge the shots.
If you want to use the Gadget to quickly switch from STAGE 1 to STAGE 2, you have to spam the shots and hit the enemies perfectly.
If you are against an 8-Bit, it is already good because it is also very slow.The Gadgets are both good but to easily go from one STAGE to another you need Snappy Shooting which counts each shot x2 and makes you accelerate with the STAGE (useful against Tanks).
Instead to dodge a Super you need Tactical Retreat which makes you sprint forward (like Buzz Lightyear) charging a shot quickly (useful for dodging deadly shots)The Star Powers are both good but to reload all the shots you need Pumping Up which every time you make a kill, reloads all the shots (useful against Brawlers with low health)
Instead to have an advantage to go from STAGE 1 to STAGE 2 you need Recon which gives you 3 advantage tokens to go to STAGE 2 quickly (useful with the Snappy Shooting Gadget).CONCEPT HYPERCHARGE
King of the LobstersClancy fires his Super all over the area, increasing his Super by 20%.
Game Modes
Heist
if you have your Super and there is no enemy defending the crate, use your Super which takes off about 30-40% of the crate's health.
Knockout 5V5
If you are alone and all the enemies are there and your allies are dead, use your Super to recharge it every time and then kill everyone and win the round.
Works Well With
8-Bit
Since 8-Bit's Super increases attack and Super, use the Super to kill any enemies you want that you don't like.
