Donning her hat and grabbing her briefcase, she scurries to assist whoever needs help. She's known for her grit and hardworking nature, but what truly sets her apart is her kindheartedness. She greets everyone in the Square with a cheerful "Good Morning!" and radiates positive energy. Surprisingly, she finds even the most daunting complaints exciting! When asked how she does it all, she simply replies, "I just LOVE the Town Square!"

As the Town Square supervisor, Caramel Choux Cookie applies the Friendly Helper buff to all ally Cookies when entering battle. While Caramel Choux Cookie is using her skill, she will briefly become resistant to interrupting effects.
