I had a hard time first time i tried the boss battle so this is a guide for anyone struggling
I recommend using cookies that are confirmed to be meta so the team is better and uprgrading your toppings to the highest level.
I espesecially upgraded Golden Cheese's toppings so her attack speed was higher. (I might have the wrong topping but whatever)
And if you have awakened Pure Vanilla that can also help.
Try to get the cookies you'll be using up to at least level 40-50+ so they're power is better.
Try upgrading their skills also, since that can also give them more power.
As long as you use Epi, Super Epic, Ledgendary, Ancient, Or beast cookies and they're meta the boss is less hard.

-P.S- Golden cheese actually has the toppings because she's one of my best cookies, and she also did great against the boss once she had them after so many tries.
