Grab the opponents hero and kill it as soon as possible, then trample all over the rest of the team.

Guide
Round 1:
Depending on the opposite hero place the Barbarian King on the 3rd or 4th highest row
If their hero is ranged:
Place him higher
If they are melee:
Place him lower
Round 2+
Look for an opportunit to from here on out to scoop their hero into your units. Place the Fisherman to grab the hero and place the Mini Pekka next to where the hero will land.
Always give mini pekka the Disspiate upgrade. This is essential to snuff out any hero regardless of their abilities
Look out for:
Monk Silence ability
Place the Fisher to one side of the Monk and use the Extra Barbs ability to still pull the monk into the pekka
Prince/ Bowler
Using the Golden giant is perfect for the Prince, and the Bowler isn’t much of a threat but make sure your Fisher/ Pekka aren’t out in the open
EndGoal:
Increase the stun time in the fisherman and fully max out the mini pekka. Along with the magic archer or the dart goblin applying support, the hero should die in less then 10 seconds and the Barbarian king will buff your troops to victory
Hard counters:
Ice Wizard Ice Block ability
This stops the fisherman from pulling the hero onto your side. The mini pekka can still find its way to the hero if the positioning is right and the ranged units can still wipe out other units, but the hook part in hook’n slash is now a fantasy.
Royal ghost
Even if you pull their hero, the mini Pekka is fast and will run away to a visible unit. Body blocking with Golden Giant is possible to limit this.
Alternatives:
Archer V.S. Magic Archer
The archer can snipe pesky wizards and ice wizards more consistently then magic archer, but the magic archers execution ability makes killing the hero much easier
Pekka V.S. Mini Pekka
The Pekka with their unstoppable ability nullify the effects of the enemy Bowler, Prince and even ice wizard but the elixir cost is large enough to not be consistent for 1 round plays using fisherman and Pekka at the same time. I would probably use Pekka with the archer replacing the magic archer to make up for the overall elixir cost
If you use this deck at all, I hope you enjoyed it!
Counters

If monk is placed in the middle, use the fisher at its side and activate the extra barbs ability to reel it in

For any ranged hero, placing units higher overall is more consistent

Body blocking your Pekka with a Golden Giant against Prince is a great comeback play

VAMPIRE COUNTER:
Place the mini pekka with dissipate first round. Space the mini pekka and the barbarian king so the one of them can kill other units on later rounds before coming back to the vamp
Second round place fisherman to pull count. Have the fisherman be near the mini Pekka and always have them be the WEAKEST card on the field. This way if the vamp tries to teleport, they will be back in the mini pekkas range.
Do whatever it takes to manipulate the vamp into the mini pekkas loving arms
