PINK FURY
Because now you can only farm elixir with her super, upgrade her with the 1st ability.
Don't move her first round unless there's a good tile that day, also move her to fully utilize 3rd star E-Wiz in the last rounds

DEFUSER
Place it first or second round for the ELIXIR synergy (+2 Elixir).
If upgraded to 3 stars you can sell it for 10 elixir and place it again with zero stars to tank maybe an enemy Prince

WIZARD & E-WIZ
Place them third round, gaining the MAGE synergy (+50% DMG)
Focus on upgrading Wizard to 1st 2nd star and E-Wiz with 3rd star so at the start of the round Wizard can cast his super dealing 16DMG, also this can help Pink Fury if she has low elixir

PRINCE
Place it to kill a backline unit or to knockback tanky units.
It can stop Hogrider's clash if both placed on the first row like with Bowler and Fisherman.
Don't place him next to Hogrider to fully utilize Hogrider 3rd star.

HOGRIDER
Place him with Prince to gain RIDER synergy (+4 Ability DMG)
Use him to jump over the enemy backline.
If upgraded to 3 stars he can survive basically the entire round if Isolated
