For the magic archer, you need to make good placement. Same thing with the mini pekka and giant skeleton. The goal is to place the pekka in front of the countess to protect her from prince or lance goblin.The third upgrade of the countess is the best. The triple arrows of the magic archer is the best too. The double arrows of the archer is a great thing to target multiples cibles. The best upgrade of the pekka is the 1st one and if you want more damage, pick the third one. For the giant skeleton, you can put the first or the second one. For the mini pekka, the first one is good but not in every situation.
