This is the f2p version of the deck Elijah featured in his recent video, which I've linked here.
Countess typically does best with Promotion #3, for 100% HP Steal, but Promotion #1 (Anti-Heal) is great against anything that heals, or Grand Warden, since the HP Steal doesn't work when attacking a shield.
Musk Upgrade priority #2, then #1.
