Promotion #2 for BK keeps him alive to tank longer.
In FF's video, he used Musk, rather than Dagger Thrower. I've put DT here as an example of how to reduce cost.
Main upgrade focus should either be Dart Gob, or Magic Archer. MArcher is better facing Witch. Dart Gob is better facing Minis with Shield or Block.
