Monk and Mini P.E.K.K.A help with killing the frontline, with damage, respectively dissipate. Mini P.E.K.K.A only needs his dissipate ability.
Witch is your main carry. Maxing her out will help you spawn lots of skeletons that will distract your enemies. It might be pretty bad against royal champion tho...
Giant Skeleton is for control(stun) and tanking. I'd recommend having the 2nd or the 3rd star, depending on how your opponent plays.
Spear Goblin and Ice Wizard are support minis(I would only recommend ice wiz with the first 2 stars, you don't really need spear goblin).
