Drop dark miner, kobold and smart/BB to control as much gold as you can. Of that pressure respond to minis dropped. Use DST for single target + gromash or tuaren as Frontline, and wait for reponse. Then take the tower or pressure opposing lane meanwhile stealing their gold + killing their kobolds. Aim is to constantly pressure just enough resources while denying and farming them yourself until the final push.
