Try to contest middle chests as fast as possible with Quilboar, SAFE pilot, Whelp Eggs or Huntress.

Then you need to tempo a bit and let your opponent indicates what side he is going to attack. If the opponent plays nothing, just go for a Footmen/Tirion combo. Never play Footmen without Tirion and vice verse, unless it's super critical. It's better to take some tower damages than wasting a combo.

Use harpies to take down Baron, Stonehoof Tauren, Gargoyle or any tank sent by your opponent.
Use Whelp Eggs and SAFE pilot to remove any backline mini like Necromancer, Drake, Harpies, or any annoying caster.
Use Quilboar on CD, this unit is a super versatile tank to take down chests, ennemy Kobold or some backline squishy minis.
