This build can be used to full clear to unlock full golden boost slots as well as to clear at level 23. Some subs work for talent options/preferences for Minis
In general as a note you want to clear waves with Blizzard, but if ahead can be dropped on boss if Execute already used for damage/BloodLust
1st Boss: defend initial push with Quilboar and Gryphon/Witch Doctor for support while trying to secure the chest early with Witchdoctor or Jaina and follow left with the other. Once clear you can push both lanes to make it easier to defend or just focus on the left lane and right chest, whichever works out best for your control/cycle. Focus on dealing damage to “big” minions first so the enemy can turn on them like Ogres and Huntresses. Use Blizzard to defend or stop waves ahead to save your push and clear. Execute can be used to finish towers or tough minis as well as giving BloodLust. Drop tanks ahead of your damage wave so that they can tank if previous tanks are low.
2nd Boss: Ignore tower to the right, I never get that tower even incidentally. Just focus on defending your base and pushing left with tanks and building waves to control to gold nodes nearby and the summoning stone. You can use your unbound tanks ahead to start the summoning stone early. Once a push survives long enough to the boss drop Earth Elemental/Quilboar to tank and follow with additional damage as support. Use Blizzard to defend and drop Execute on boss for damage and BloodLust for a wave.
3rd Boss: The basic idea is to defend base, go left to get melee tank mini-boss, then go right for caster mini-boss, and try and kill the healer once fighting the boss, if the boss is kept busy killing the healer can be done with Quilboar and Earth Elemental. That sounds counterintuitive since the Elemental will only attack the boss (as it won’t attack the left and right mini-boss either) but they attack the Elemental so they won’t attack the Quilboar while it goes whacking away. You want to lead with tanks and support with cycle damage with Witch Doctor and Gryphon Rider. Additionally another strategy is to just gain the middle tower control and rush the boss while trying to kill the healer, but this can be harder depending on your build to make sure you can actually kill the healer and not just waste away wave after wave into the boss. If you choose to rush middle use Quilboar along with Earth Elemental to focus the healer and tank the boss to try and get additional damage in on the healer along with the boss. You can Blizzard to freeze/splash damage and clear spawns while hitting the healer, as well as finish it off with Execute while buffing your stack on the healer/nearby.
As far as mini substitutes for this deck I would say you can swap Pilot for Witchdoctor easily, they would both run AOE damage/support and clear, and make the last boss rush strategy easier and safer as well. But after that, these minis are pretty set for Jaina build wise because of coverage.
Talent subs you can always run Quilboar with preferred talents such as faster cast and AOE poison, I just am partial to Bristleback personally due to value as I live and die by it. You can also run your preferred talent on Earth Elemental between the given talent and Taunt, I prefer the shardling spawns as they continue to tank further after it goes down which is helpful for getting another tank on a boss especially. You can also run preferred talent on Witch Doctor between extra AOE from talent given or shields from Spirit Ward, both are good. I opt for additional AOE since the build lacks that outside of spells. You can also sub the Clearcasting talent for Jaina, but blink is very strong for surviving and gaining additional support.
