I use this build for PvE and PvP (for PvP replace Shaman for Blizzard with Cold Snap) . Make sure to drop your Plague Farmer behind Arthas and Fire elemental. Fire Elementals AoE pulse from Immolation Aura will push minis past the 20% needed to proc the Necrotic Plauge talent. Use WD for the shields, Priestess paired with Shaman will keep your murder ball topped off. Use Troll to pick off flying units. With the Necrotic Plague trait you will eat through groups as long as Plague Farmer is raining down poison.
