You should almost always prioritize getting training camp ASAP if it’s available. Magic Archer goes next to it every time, but the second spot is flexible. RC is always a safe choice, but Miner can be useful too if they have a heavy backline deck. Ice Wizard is a niche option but can be used with his AOE upgrade to deal with heavy frontline.
