Guide
Wave Master: You will need him to be a higher level, so he can stun and throw minis across the board. His main point in this deck is to stun and throw the Valkyrie across the board. THIS HERO CAN NOT BE REPLACEABLE! He is vital to this deck.
Dart goblin: This is the carry and wincon of this deck. You will want to get all 3 stars on him so he has decent HP and he can have infinite range. His infinite stack also really helps. The ideal order is 1st, 2nd, and then 3rd. His 3rd is priority if you are playing against shield maiden, knight, or guard. His second star is also really good because his damage will stack on with his speed, causing him be pretty over powered.
Mega Knight: this mini serves as a direct tank, and could also help with stuns. You should only upgrade him if you have extra elixir and AFTER you have maxed out the dart goblin. If you DO end up upgrading him, then you should only upgrade his second then third. Remember, only upgrade him if you absolutely need to.
Knight: You should put knight in front, and only use him for his mocking. You will only want to get the first and third star, so everyone would try to attack him for longer, and he does not die in the meantime. You should probably only upgrade him in the later rounds, when minis can actually take out your stronger minis.
Valkyrie: You should always throw the Valkyrie to the other side, unless you see that your opponent is placing all of their troops at the front. This is one of the minis that is NOT optional to upgrade. You should get the 1st and 2nd star, but do not get the third star, because it is useless, unless against healing ranger shield maiden decks.
Ice Wizard: He is here to slow. It is kind of obvious. In a match where you are playing a stack deck with Valkyrie, dart goblin, or barbarian, then get the 1st star. If not, then NEVER get the 1st star. There really is no order that I reccomend, but there is reasons to get them. 1st star, I stated above, 2nd star, you would normally do this first, 3rd star, if you are playing miner or countess. The third star, as soon as the minis go to your back lines, when they kill the wizard, they will freeze themselves.

Gizmos
SaunaPut the dart goblin at the front, and put the sauna where the dart goblin would normally be. This will create a super dart goblin, and at that point they cannot win.
Pocket ArtilleryPut the rocket to the other side of where you plan to place your troops most. Because this deck can be played on any side, it is your choice.
King TowerDo not rush getting this gizmo. If you think you can, then you CAN give it a try. Just make sure most of the stars are your dart goblin. You want him where the knight usually is, so he can tank, and he can deal damage to opposing gizmos.
Counters
Archer
Move the deck as shown, so dart goblin is not the furthest mini away from the archer, so she will not target him.
PekkaMake sure to put mega knight at the front, so the pekka will target him, while dart goblin takes care of everyone else.
Wave MasterSpread your minis out, and make sure there is something further away than the dart goblin, because you want to protect him.
CountessKeep all your minis closer together, so when the countess teleports, everyone else can also target her. Also keep ice wizards 3rd star. Same goes with miner.
Spear GoblinMake sure to put your tanks in front of minis like wave master, dart goblin, and Valkyrie.
