This is a deck I made from seeing so many battle healers and lumberjacks. Enjoy :)
Archer: Your main win condition, always try to max it out first.
Barb: Your other win condition in case the enemy has Miner, Prince, or Countess. If the opponent doesnt have any counters to archer then you should only get the 3rd star upgrade for the archer.
Ice Wiz: Your support mini, having him is crucial to counter invincibility by slowing them down and countering the mini pekka. His 3rd upgrade is a great counter against the spear goblin and prince as it nullifies their damage.
Lumberjack: This minis only usage is from his clash ability and when he dies as they both provide an attack sped buff which crucial to the archer as its attacks are slow and the barb king to provide more supers. Order of upgrades: 2nd -> 1st -> 3rd (never upgrade to the third star as the lumberjack is a support not the carry unless you need more DPS.
Battle Healer: The tank and most important mini other than the archer and barb, you wanna get its 3rd star upgrade to increase the barb king's survivability to give more attack buffs. Other than that you dont wanna upgrade it that much unless you have an elixir collecter.
Order of upgrades for each mini (This list is from most important to least important to max)
Archer = 1st -> 2nd -> 3rd.
Ice Wiz = 3rd -> 2nd -> 1st
Barb = 3rd -> 2nd -> 1st.
Battle Healer = 3rd -> 1st -> 2nd
Lumberjack = 2nd -> 1st -> 3rd
Gizmos
If this gizmo is one of the options available then you will want it heavily as it boosts this decks power heavily as most of you minis will be maxed out.
This gizmo is also a must have if your archer is undisturbed by counters as it will be a beast, especially if they have a witch. on the other side you can use the barb or the ice wiz.
Counters
As most of your minis are squishy, it will give an edge for the RC user so you wanna prioritize maxing your archer.
Similar to the RC you have a lot of squishy minis which can easily feed to his souls, the counter to this will be the battle healer and the barb as the battle healer tanks for the barb to deal heavy dmg
