The E-wiz Warden and Witch must be placed in this exact position, otherwise it wouldn't work. You NEED the Clash for the E-wiz (best to get all of his abilities) and the +2 troops upgrade for the Witch. The other three troops are very situational. I prefer using the Knight with it's shield and clash range, Skeleton for its Witch synergy and his 2 shielding abilities (or as human shield against Spear Goblin or Prince) and the Elixir Defuser for extra mana, since this deck is a bit pricey. You can use any other 2 elixir close range troops. (Why close range? Because this deck lacks in burst damage and tanky Minis)

Counters
The RC is a HARD counter to this deck because of her boast upgrade. Try avoiding the Witches +2 troops upgrade. (You can go without using the witch at all, but that kinda removes this deck's whole mechanic)
