If you are playing against the SM deck with Battle Boxer, prioritize Pink Fury's first star and, as soon as you bring your trio of healers to the front, prioritize the Valkyrie and Fisherman combo (and the latter's second star). Then take care of some synergy (preferably the elixir one) or the anti-cure star of the Valkyrie, then the other two of the Fisherman and the last one of the Defuser to disarm the Battle Boxer.
Otherwise, Hog Rider, Elixir Synergy, and Battle Healer will always be your biggest needs.

If you are not playing against the SM deck with Battle Boxer, use this space to send your Valkyrie at the same time as the Hog Rider attacks from the opposite side, although do not have this as a priority since the Fisherman can do a similar job for you
