Upgrade nothing but your royal ghost. He will be invisible constantly because of the attack speed buff generated by the four rangers.
You can go 3rd promotion on AQ and if you like stun duration on GS. The rest of the units don't need upgrades because Royal Ghost will carry your whole deck.
