Main goal is to either stale the game as long as possible for sailor to stack or to burst them by hooking them and applying vulnerable and pekka does the rest.
You mainly want 2nd ⭐️ for Wave Master.
If you know they're gonna play hog, wait for them to place it and counter with fisherman.
You can use 3rd ⭐️ Wave Master if they're all clumped up and a lot of backlines send pekka or fully upgraded swordsman.
