Giant skeleton will be main target of the oponents Minis and because of the Ice-Wiz normally wont die so fast, because of that the Monk can use His Clash and Take down at least one One-Shot
The miner will Take Care of range Minis from behind. Battle healer ist there to hold the Mini-P and the monk alive. In best Case even the Giant-Skeleton. If you see oponent has miner Switch miner and Ice-Wizards places to let him live longer.
