This is the updated deck, with important swaps to make it more viable with the new meta.
Your goal is to stall until dart goblin can just instantly shred everything. Here are upgrade orders (in general, changes against specific match ups, and most minis are fine at 1 or 2)
Miner - cleave > drain > surprise
Mini pekka - drain > hack hack > heavy hack
Dart goblin - long shot > pride > power shot
Battle healer - shining plate > judge > triage
Ice wizard - Blizzard > chill > ice block
