I would firstly start with ice wizard and battle healer 1st round i would start with ice wizard in the corner slowing enemy's while battlehealer and nature born heal each other.
2nd round upgrade battle healer using 2nd to add block and ice wizard 1st to get more slow this also allows you to get a gizmo.
3rd round add skeleton guard and archer upgrading her to 1st and skeleton guard to 1st and 3rd depending on the situation.
4th round:then add swordsman last upgrading him to 2nd skill. Use any remaining elixir on what the situation requires
Gizmos
For hotpot there is no real need to explain just protect it with swordsman until it spawns the mini hotpot as this will destroy the enemy team while nature born and battle healer infinitely heal all the units on the field.
You can use any real gizmo you want but try and use ones that deal damage revive or heal your team as to make this build truly devastating as none of your units will die while destroying the enemy teams
For pancaker always put it in the back guarded by a swordsman incase of bandit dashes or countess teleporting onto the pancaker making it easy for swordsman to stun and kill the countess.

For the sauna try and make sure either skeleton guard or battlehealer die first as this will create a one man army of which they cannot die unless to a monk ultimate.

Counters
If you are vsing a monk use skeleton guard to tank also using swordsman with 2nd ability will destroy the monk while natureborn heals in the back against any other damage coming onto your units
If your vsing a countersunk skeleton guard 1 below the nature born with swordsman upgraded to 2nd skill pocketed in between archer and ice wizard so he can stun and kill the countess when he teleports
If vsing a bandit with no upgrades use the countess strat as it will kill her instantly however if using a bandit with upgrades put skeleton guard next to archer to tank damage when bandit dashes onto the backline while swordsman stuns and kills the bandit
