Yo, I'm Crystal and the moment when i write this i have 2k trophies. Im happy to take you through a guide for this deck
I recently made this deck, but not for pushing trophies, but for the fun
This deck is only based on placing the rangers on the map and upgrade them for the synergy trait.
AQ is the most important mini on the map in this deck so its ideal to use the 3rd upgrade on her for more safety and damage. (3rd ability, when AQ is below 50% she turns invisible)
The knight is only used to tank for the queen and musketeer. So use the 1st and 2nd upgrade (1st ability, he gains 5+ shield per enemy he taunts, 2nd ability, taunt last 5 sec)
The healers are used or to heal the rangers or the knight so upgrade them with the first ability (1st ability on ranger healer, healing spear gives 10%+ more heal, 1st ability on battle healer, she gives 10%+ more healing.)
After that, if he has a miner u should upgrade the musketeer with 1st and 3rd
ability (1st ability, Super stuns for 3 sec, 3rd ability, she gets 4 energy over 2 secs a the start of the round)
The archer is only usefull if the enemy has a weak mini in the back row, so if u don't want the archer u can use dart goblin.

Clone the AQ or the muskeet. Neither of them are good. The double ability from one of the minis should do the big boom boom :)

Counters
Sacrifice the archer and the knight if he has monk for musketeer to boom boom the monk with the stun. If you still lose well...you lost.

And be aware of monk.
Fort countess you have to make e big pile of minis that defend the queen /muskeet by puting the healer and archer away so the countess target them after the knight taunt, here is an example how to put them:
For the skelly king you have to use the knight placement carefully so the skelenton king or troops to attack the rangers. The healer should go and attack some of the troops and then heal the knight. Here is an example to on how to put the minis:
For bandit, you have to let the archer go and let the musketeer do her stun thing. After she attacks the archer, the bandit should go to the battle healer and let the musketeer to stun them. Here is how i recommend to put the minis in this situation:
For wave master, sacrifice the archer (like always) to let the wave master go far away so the AQ and musketeer get ready to fire their big guns. The healers should already healed the minis so they are ready to defend.
